Social Media Groups

With all the blogging going on out there, everyone thinks they are an expert and when you aren't it is hard to sort through which are good, which are not so good.

This, like any website is a work in process - so you will see things added here all the time, but the plan is to keep the blog list to 3-5 so it is manageable to take a look at.

So as I find little gems that I like I will post them here so you can quickly get through all the "experts" and find the stuff that you really like and that is really helpful.

If you find one you would like to share - email me here
I would love to here it!

Here also are some definitions to help:

Twitter: a "microblog" that allows users to communicate in 140 characters or less. Some people look at it sometimes as a big chat room or water cooler area.

Facebook & MySpace: are an online way for you to easily communicate with friends, peers, business associates.

Linked-In: is truly a business person to business person way to share trusted contacts, get introductions, etc.

Will Twitter or Facebook cause World War III?
It is amusing to hear some members of the main stream media mention that Twitter could be blamed for so much of the unrest in the Middle East.  These recent outbreaks of violence, demonstrations and the like have been happening in the Middle East for thousands of years – yes there was life before Twitter.  [...]

I got a Kindle for Christmas, who didn’t?
As of last summer many estimates said that there were about 8 million Kindles sold.  Since Christmas 2010, it seems like everybody I talk to got one.  On twitter people were buzzing – so even people I don’t know seems to have gotten one. Unfortunately, because I read so much for work purposes and because [...]

Why Do We Resist Feature Requests Sometimes
We get lots of features requests for our services, products and custom work. Sometimes we happy to comply and sometimes we seem slow to want to jump on a feature request. There are lots of reasons why we are slow to jump on these requests.
